Hello,
many thanks for this incredible tool.
Is there any way to make a project confidential, i.e. visible by a specific group of persons or a specific organization, where people of same confidentiality levels of different organizations have separate projects. For instance, a member of the direction has his own projects and a member of the R&D group has its own projets. Both must be at "supervisor" level. But I'd like them not to get visibility on one another's projects. It is feasible ?
Many thanks,
Frank
Of course, it is default behavior.
Almost all profiles will only give access to a project for users that are allocated to the project.
Only Administrator and Supervisor profiles have access to all projects.
You can :
- avoid using Administrator and Supervisor profiles for default profile of users
- change acces mode so that these profiles cannot see all projects data
- manually allocate these users to confidential projects with a profile that has no visibility (guest or new profile that has no access at all)
