Hello,
Is it possible to automatically create activities (which can then be customized) for each new project? Most projects share a common foundation (e.g., needs analysis, resource identification, communication plan development, committee setup, etc.), and automatically creating activities would allow all projects to be structured in the same way. In short, a default task list (a kind of template)?

Hello,
you can create project template (use TEMPLATE type for your project).
When you want a project based on this template, use the "COPY" function to create project from your template.
You get a new project with all activites and a similar Gantt than your template.
