We would like to know if it is possible, within the default notifications available under Global Settings > Email Sending, to add a placeholder/tag that automatically retrieves the customer name and/or the project name in the email subject or body. more genrally all the possible tag.If so, could you please let us know:
- Which tags are available for these fields;
- The correct syntax to use;
- Where we can find the related documentation.

Thanks for your fedback, but unfortunately, the online help (F1) is no longer accessible on our instance. When attempting to open the user manual, we receive the following message:
"Access to the user manual is restricted to subscribed instances."

The online manual is only accessible to organisations that have subscribed to a professional service such as hosting, support or a basic subscription (rolling updates).
Our business model (open-source software, with no paid licence) means we have to raise awareness amongst our users of the need to support the project so that we can make a living.
