Hello,
We would like to know if it is possible, within the default notifications available under Global Settings > Email Sending, to add a placeholder/tag that automatically retrieves the customer name and/or the project name in the email subject or body. more genrally all the possible tag.If so, could you please let us know:
- Which tags are available for these fields;
- The correct syntax to use;
- Where we can find the related documentation.
