[#3981]

Bonjour,

D'avance merci.

Hello,
The problem I am facing was already exposed in July 2013 by Assystem, but not resolved : Planning : plus je recalcule, plus les dates planifiées s'éloignent.
In particular I'm considering a task situated at the beginning of my project. Each time I decrease the assigned work of the main contributor (resource) of one daytime, the planned date is set two weeks earlier.
One can find below an short description of the task where the assigned work of the main resource is 8 days.

Below is the same description, but the assigned word is now 7 days.

I'im working on a single project, using the 5.0.6 version of ProjeQtor.
Thank you for your answer.

To try and understand, we would need to see :
- Allocation (affectation) of resource to project (in particular allocation rate)
- Capacity of resource
- Detailed planning calculation as visible on report "monthly planning resource/project/activity"

I'im working on a single project, using the 5.0.6 version of ProjeQtor.

It is quite an old version 😉
You should consider mligrating.

Hello,
The allocation rates of the different resources were initialy based on the ratio [planned work / working days during the global period of the project]. The allocation rates were therefore fairly low.
In my example, the work of one resource was planned so that it could only work 0,4 a day and one day a week because of its very weak allocation rate. That's why the final date was planned so far in the future. In this particular case, an additional working day cause the final date to be planned a week later approximately.

Thank you for having pointed the affectation of the resource to the project. I could not access this information three days ago because I had only a "crew member" profile in the project. This has been freshly modified.
Best wishes for the new year.
