First: thx for Projeqtor, great job...
as i do not need multiple Themes, I would like to have just the one i like and would appreciate to get rid of the rest. can you give me a tip how to do that.

You cannot.
Just select the one you like and forget about the others 😉
You can also defined default one for each new user, but everyone can select the one he likes.
