Hello,
Our database is growing quite large, and we see the response times slowing down regularly over time.
In order to optimize things, I would like to completely delete some very old projects (we can keep them in a separate copy of the database), so that the current projects don't suffer from the performance.
Is it possible ? (or is there something planned for the future ?)

No, there is nothing planned on that point.
Deleting projects is very complex to to consolidation of data that would be lost.
