On Agenda, Responsible sees Activity at the Target date.
Assigned resource see the Activity at each planned date

is it normal that, in an activity where there are 2 people assigned, that one is still working but the second has finished his task, remains to be done at 0, this second person still sees the activity in his diary? this assumes that it still has things to do while it is the other resource that has the load...

for example in this case, a "fake" resource was created to keep the task active, but I would like it not to appear in the grayed resources diary...

also when an activity in the "pause, exclude from the schedule and purge the current schedule" box is checked, the schedule having to be purged, the activity still appears in the diary.

What version of projeqtor are you on?

Today (v11.1) the behavior of the calendar is as follows:

  • if you do not have work assigned for a resource on an activity then the assigned resource will only see this activity on the end date of the latter.
  • If the resource has work planned then it will see the activity each day it has been assigned.
  • If there is still work to be done on it, even if it is not for the resource, it will still see the activity on its end date.
  • and finally, the real work recorded is indicated by graying out the activity box

For the paused activity I do not reproduce. When the activity is paused, the dates are no longer displayed and therefore no trace in the calendar either.

probleme is:

If there is still work to be done on it, even if it is not for the resource, it will still see the activity on its end date, this should only appear in the agenda of the resource who still has work to do.

This should... for you.
And as you know many users use ProjeQtOr in their own way.
This behavior was carried out to respond to a request for sponsored development, if you want the agenda to meet your personal criteria, do not hesitate to contact us to obtain a quote on our private or community developments!

it just seems to me that it didn't work like that previously...
The changes that were made must have been validated by a majority of users I suppose, if it is a community development and not a private one.

why are there also “RH absences” on PROJET-PéRIODE D'ABSENCE type activities in the diary?? when they are not planned?

These are not planned, they directly enter Real Work (when validated)
