Menu Resource Planning

I mean jsut on the planning view (without going on the resource planning view.) I've got two resources (with different profile), one can acess every project that i defined and th other can only see project where he's asign. I want to have that view on the planning screen. Also, is it possible to apply a filter in order to see only one project at once ?

Just select the project in the project selector

my two profile are CDP and dev
here's the point of view of CPD:

and here's the point of view of Dev :

as you can see Dev only see a part of what can see CDP. He only see projects where he's asign while my CPD can see everything

All depends on access rights.
Possibly CDP has visibility on activities of all projects, as Dev has visibility only to activities of project he is assigned to...
Check habilitations.

also why do i have a little paslock near my project's name from CDP view ?

It just mean that you cannot plan this project : either you don't have right to, or it has "fix planning" checked
