In the screen activities or tasks, the display includes the name of the project activity or task is related.
there is no information about the parent project.
is there any way to add this information: add a column or change the project name to eg "nom_projet_parent-> or / nom_du_projet

No there is no way today to display the name of the parent project in the lists.
As there may be an unlimited number of parent projects (parent of the parent of the parent ....) I don't see a way to do it.
If you want to clearly identify a project as a sub-project in the lists, just give specific names to projects.
Names are never keys, so they can be changed wherever you want, without any effect in the hierarchical organization or else.
For instance you can set :
=> My Project
=> My Project - Step 1
=> My Project - Step 2
=> My Project - Step 2 - part 1
=> My Project - Step 2 - part 2
=> My Project - Step 3
NB : the wbs will also give you a hint about hierarchy of projects / activities.
