I have created a user with his rights, his filters and views (for ticket)
Is it possible to duplicate all these informations for a new user ?
I found how to duplicate a user but when I get connected with this new profil I have again to configure his filters and views

No, copy of user does not copy filters and views.
For filters, you can share them from original user, so that copied user can use them (like any other user)
For view, there is no easy copy feature.
