Hello,
I am willing to use the "meeting" tool to manage meetings (sounds great!)
So the "email invitation" function is needed.
When I organise a meeting, I do set a responsible user:
But every invitation is sent with the "email configuration" parameters:
So when a "invited user" answers, the answer is never known by the responsible "user".
Am I loosing a point or is it a limitation from ProjeQtor?
In that cas, I don't see the point of sending invitation if the "reponsible" (akka Organizer) of the meeting cannot be reached by the answer to the email.. It makes you just need to send a "normal" invitation through the corporate email system.
Thank you for your answer.

It is a wished limitation but can be changed (in V6.4)
Many smtp servers (most of thoose who require authenticated connection) won't acccept to send emails as user different from connected one (the smtp user defined in global parameter).
There is an option in global parameters to "send email as current user". Default is NO (because of above reason).
You may try and set it to yes.
Understood,
Since my projeQtor is in production, I may wait for the 6.4.X version to be stable before upgrading.
So How do you usually proceed with the email invitations function?
