Which version of ProjeQtOr are you using ? I encourage you to use the last stable version (V.11.2.4).
Anyway, a similar issue has already been reported on the forum, which has been treated in version 11.2.4.

PS : When you publish a screenshot containing personal data, such as your e-mail address or the address of your smtp server, it is best to hide/blur it on a public forum.
we are now in this version but it is not work!
Check logs of your mail server to see if it correcly receives the email.
What is possible is that you don't receive because sended and receiver are the same.
Did you try to send to another email address ?
The last version 11.2.4 cannot show the Email. So i can't personnalize the sent email. Thanks
