Hello guys,
I tried this wonderful project based organizer and I'm Amazed how much it can help our projects to be more efficient and help people.
I installed ProjeQtOr on XAMPP V3.2.2 and everything is working really well, so I decided to move the environment on a PC dedicated for ProjeQtor so I installed HTTP server php and MySQL,
so I logged in to xampp phpmyadimin and exported the ProjeQtOr Database and imported to MySQL and copied the projeQtor Files to the http directory. and I defined the first setup information such as ldap, smtp and so on and everything is working fine, one problem when I open user & global parameter I get (ERROR : An error occurred on 2017-04-16 at 09:55:32) so is there any tips or how can I migrate the data from XAMPP to MySQL?

First, post log file so that we may identify the error you're facing ....
Then best way to do what you expect it to install new instance, completely from scratch.
Then import database.

I actually did install Projeqtor on a new instance and weirdly i still have the same problem even before I import any data.

You are using PHP 7.1
ProjeQtOr is not compliant with this version of ProjeQtOr
(like many other applciations)
I did create a new environment and used php 7.0.18 and everything is working perfectly.
now I need to move the database from Xampp to My SQL can you help me and give me any tips how to do so?
I did export the db from xampp and import the data to mysql but nothing changed.

Export / IMport with phpMyAdmin should do the job

I did import the data and everything is fine but i'm facing a weird problem, when I change anything in the global parameters such as ldap smtp...etc and save it it says parameters saved, but when I return to the page all the input data will be gone,
so I went to the httpd and checked the parameters.php and compare it with the old setup.

*when I change any thing in parameters.php it reflects on global parameters.

Just remove from parameters.php all values that are not present in the smaller parameters.php file you attached.
