Very easy !
Project'Or RIA is completely designed for this.
By default profiles other than "Supervisor", "Administrator" only see data for their own project (the projects they are affected to).
Just have a look at menus in "Parameters" => "Access Rights"
You define here :
- profiles : profile for users. any user ust have a profile to be able to connect to the application (you can create your own)
- access modes : list of CRUD modes for accessing items Create / Read / Dpdate / Delete, for all item, elements of own project, own created items or none)
- access mode to data : assignation of "access mode" for each profile, for each screen
