I am trying to work out if it is possible to extract this information into the format we need. I have looked at the excel extract and this give very little of the inforamtion we need.

No planned time, and only lines where in a week for a specific assigned person the days they recorded as actually used.

The information that is required has been written out, I can see the information would be in projeQtOr, but so we can create kpis, monitor what is going on, see time available in the future for projects etc. We have been asked to extract this.

I am not sure where to start to get this information from Report template or anywhere.

Could you advise how I might start to create some extracted inforamtion as per the two formats below, one for a project and the other accross projects.
