field requestor in ticket created by mail

Hi,
we are currently using Projeqtor in v.10.0.3.
We have set up the possibility to create automatically a ticket from an e-mail with the entry menu Input mailbox for Tickets.

When the ticket is created, it seems that the field requestor is always filled with the admin user whatever the e-mail adress from the received mail is. Should not this field filled with the contact linked with the e-mail ?

For exemple :
[list=1]

  • The admin user is Admin01, this user has set up the mailbox support@gmail.com
  • A mail is received by the mailbox support@gmail.com from the Test.mail@gmail.com
  • A contact in Projeqtor is Test01 with the @ Test.mail@gmail.com
  • The ticket is created with Admin01 in the field requestor, where we expected Test01

    • It seems odd, maybe, we missed something... Thanks for your help.

    Good morning,

    we do not reproduce.
    Have you tried to reproduce these manipulations with the latest stable version, it could be that the update solves the problem.
