for what I find the cost and the expenses in a window and I find it not in the other ?

Possibily because admin gave visibility on cost only to project leaders, and your not project leader on one of the project.

Hello,
why the cost field does not appear with my account but it appears with the account of my colleague ?? both account is with profile: Administrator.

Because admin defined that your profile should not see costs.

It means the costs (and work) are consolidate from activities and/or sub-projects
See global parameter : consolidation of validated work
