hi babynus,
how can i manage ressource holidays,
using the calendar i can set days off for everybody, but for each ressource who is in holidays during a specific week(s), how can i manage this.

Use Administrative Projets.
For instance, create an administrative project "Off days", with tasks "Holidays", "Sickness", "Training".
Then resources enter real work on these activitities (no need to assign of affect resources to administrative projects)
