Hi,
I need to have a look on the day off of many members or managers. I used administrative project as recommanded but don t find anywhere How to see it on 1 calendar or planning ?

On diary view, you see it resource by resource.
On report "colored monthly resource planning", you can then select the administrative project.
On report "monthly planning project/resource", you can then select the administrative project.
Many other reports can fit your need.
Advise : give a specific colour for this project, so that it appears clearly on diary view and colored planning
