I wanted to know if there is a way to extract Planed work.
As it is possible to extract work done by clicking on CSV extract on the Timesheet screen.
I need to make a comparison between time planed at the begining of the month, and the work really done at the end of the month.
So I want to save the time planed at the begining of the month, like this :
- Type of the element (meeting / activity)
- ID of the element
- Resource
- Date
- Work plan

We don't have this kind of comparison in ProjeQtOr.
The planned work is erased with each recalculation of your projects so it is difficult to recover the data.
The only report that would come close to your demand is the S-curve which allows you to compare data relevant to a project like cost or work hours versus time.

The goal is not to recover the data because I know that this data is erased with each calculation. It is only to extract the actual planed work, as it is possible to do it with the work realized by extracting CSV on the timesheet.
There is some reports that do this like Monthly planing project/resouce/activity, but I want to extract this as a CSV file with the ID of each activity to match with other CSV extract (for example Activites CSV extract). So we can make our own reports, matching PlanedWork extraction and Activities detail extraction for example.

Just extract activities list, with Assigned work.

And for each of them the actual planification on each day.

Only solution is to have saved a baseline.
Baseline stored status on planning, including planned work.
It's perfect for us if we can extract the work which was planned for each resource by using a stored baseline.
How can I do this ?

And how can I do this ?
Our ProjeQtOr is on SaaS.
I'm afraid there is no existing way to extract this "easily".
Possibly we could develop a specific export.
