The tool seems interesting and powerful.
I downloaded the version projeqtorV4.5.2 and tried to deploy it on the server.

I installed Zend Server and it is working well. the url = http://localhost:10081/ZendServer
But regarding the projeqtor deployment, there is only two lines:
- Unzip projeqtorVx.y.z.zip to the web server directory
- Run application in your favorite browser, using http://yourserver/projeqtor

I unzip the project code to the Zend server directory, as: C:Program Files (x86)Zendprojeqtor
and when I use http://localhost:10081/projeqtor, it returned error : 404 page not found

Can yo please give me more details how to set up the projeqtor ?
