Hi,
I want to upgrade from v10.2.3 to v11.02 (latest). Can I do it straight forward or shall I upgrade step by step from v10.0.3 to v10.3.0, then to v10.3.2, etc? What is the right way to go?

Can I do it straight forward
Yes, you can migrate from any version to any newer version.
The good way to migrate is to overwrite existing code with new one, then reconnect as admin to finalise DB migration.
