Is it possible to manage expense for imputation ?
For instance you can impute day by day activities (that is user working days) for any user of a project but how can we for expense ?
For instance if I have an user of a projet who work to a customer and who have daily travel expense (using his car) how can he impute the cost ?
I saw there a menu expense but "one shot" only

User can enter daily travel expense in "Individual Expense" screen.
User can create one individual expense by month and write daily cost in expense detail lines.
You can get the cost of travel for the month.
If you bill your customer, the best choice is using a project type with manual billing.
You can specify in bill line the travel cost.

So I guess manager have to create one "Individual Expense" per ressource.
I did the test on the demo mode and I create one individuel expese for "member" and "membre".
I saw that the two user have visibility on the two individual expense. Is it possible de costumize the visibility ? For instance each user have only visibility on their own expense

The member must create its own individual expense.
By default, a project member (profile) have visibility on own element created.
