Hi,
we have purchased screen customization and we are unable to add column field in "Real Work Allocation" screen. Please guide us on it.
We need a column to update the percentage completion on each activity by individual resource while they enter Real work allocation and start time & end time for the same. A report also need to be generated on weekly basis for the specific activities on resource basic in that specific activity.

You cannot customize Real Work Allocation screen with screen customization plugin.
It can customize "alomosté every screen, but not all : not real work, not planning, not topday, ...
Only screen with design with List / Detail, not including parameters screen.
But what you try to do is useless.
When you have assigned work on activity, and enter real work (and possibly reasses left work) you will automatically have completion calculated : % completion = real / (real + left)
