If rights are correct, try and disable selinux

CONTEXT
xampp on Zorin 17.3 Pro.
and there was also a php, mysql and apache installed via snap.

ERRORS:
access rights was about files and tool directory.

FIXES:
sudo chown -R daemon:daemon /opt/lampp/htdocs/projeqtor/files
sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/lampp/htdocs/projeqtor/files

and
sudo chown -R daemon:daemon /opt/lampp/htdocs/projeqtor/tool
sudo chmod -R 755 /opt/lampp/htdocs/projeqtor/tool
