[#5812]

Hi,

I obtain the attached error message when reading a document in document module (by clinking on PDF icon) and download does not work (nothing happen). It is a PDF and it is coming from my desktop.

I tried several times.

Please help.

It seems you have some network issue.
check log file, apache error log file, and if no error, check with your network responsible.

I found the solution : no accent are allowed...
It is restrictive, is it normal ?

It is encoding on server side that is wrong.
You should adapt global parameter : "charset to save files on server"
