Hi I would like to start using projeQtor for my company (I am a former openERP user). However, when I installed the projeqtor, there are a lot of default values that I don't want to use (such as, workflows that link to the type and I have to manually delete them and their dependent elements).
Is there a way to clean install or delete them (wipe all data and value)?

No, there is no "cleaning" feature.
If you want just not use some items, it may be more easy to "hide" then : check "closed" checkbox.
You won't see these items any more, and won't have to bother with dependencies.
