We use Jira to manage tickets: demands, bugs and helpdesk. i am searching to synchronize between jira and Projeqtor to get the real situation of the project in Projeqtor.
Is there a connector to synchronize between Jira and Projqtor ( in the two way Jira Projeqtor)?

No there is no connector to Jira.
And there will possibly never have a bidirectional connector (it's a real mess to manage changes on both sources)
You can user export/import feature or API.
