if I put 2h on estimated work, I put 1h on real work, then left work is 1h... How I can put the left work at 0, without changing estimated work ?

Hello dep@eca.fr,
If you want to put the left work at 0 you need to change ticket status. In my workflow I need to change status to done because if there is no left work remains, this ticket is done and Projeqtor puts 0 to leftwork.

If I want to to change status to done with left work, I have an error message: "Left work is not null, delete left work before passing this element in a done status"

but I cannot change the value of Left work case...

How I can do that ?

Please verify that you have unchecked option "no left work on done". You can find it into parameters/list of types/ticket types (like the attachement).

yes "no left work on done" is checked, I need this check, because I don't want that somebody could done a ticket with left work, but If the job has been made more quickly than the estimated, I would like to be able to put the rest to 0, as on the activities.

If you keep parameter "no left work on done", you must change estimated to be equal to real to set left to zero.
If you remove parameter "no left work on done", you can move to done status, this will automatically set left to zero.
