I am looking at the budget solution that Projeqtor can offer. I am using 11.4 version for more than 20 projects and more than 10 people. I want to insert the financial budget plan that will enable project to reach success. Unfortunately I can't find how to link project expenses to budget items, speciffically in details of specific budgetary expenses. Could you give me a ride ?

Just select the "Budget item" is the Project Expense field.
Thanks A lot, it works. However, I did not have any budget item before I modified dates and status of budget items. Can you clarify the status of any budget item that can be accessible for any project expense ? Are all budget items visible for any project expenses, i.e., any budget item that is added for a specific projet can be accessible for any expense of antoher project ?

2) A budget item can be used by any project, there is no restriction
