Hi,
I'm using ProjeQtOR for the first time. I've just set up all the parameters. With the admin user, I closed the application and I logged out. But when I try to login as the admin, it says that the application is under maintenance. Is it possible to force the reentry to remove the closure.
Yours truly!
Sébastien
Hi,
DOn't know if this could help, but I had this happen to me once: after playing around with profiles, I got locked out.
Problem was the "Adminsitrator" profile I created did not have 'ADM' as profile Code, and therefore was not recognized as an authorized admin account to perform the database update.
Might be worth a check...
Hi,
Please detail the steps you're in.
Did you just installed the application ?
Did you have first connection as admin (during few minutes as it updates the database) ?
Is your database full or empty ?
Please give some hint, your description is incomplete.
Hello again,
I've installed ProjQtOr on a subdomain and I use a MySQL 5 Database. Yes, I've been connected a few times. I managed to translate and adapt the tool to fit our NGO's needs. I've also changed the user hierarchy, but I kept a "admin", as I called it "Supra-gestionnaire de système" (SUP). This user has all the rights to change and manage things throught the software. Therefore, when I tryed to put the application under maintenance, I've been logged out and locked out...
My first thought was to look at the DB to suspend this function, but I don't know if it has chain reaction to other functionnalities. At this point, it will be no big deal to reinstall in another subdomain. In that case, can I backup all the change I've made to the workflow schematic, the type of projects, partners, etc.
Thank you again!
I think Caccia was right from the start.
Your new admin profile is not recognized as real admin because profile code is not ADM.
You should just update the database, table profile and set profileCode to "ADM" for your new admin profile and all should get back to normal.
It worked perfectly! I changed the value using PhpMyAdmin.
Thank you for your time and keep up the good work!
