Im using Project'Or RIA for managing applications provided by different vendors.we will have many CR request to them, UATs will done by our internal team, issue tracking and so on. here we dont have any internal development, but for the purpose of managing our request, issues and etc we are using it.
I want to know weather, i can create a new element like "Daily Task" , such as activities under Work, but very simple form , has properties Task Type(Report Dev, Analysis Work, Customer visit,Discussion, Meeting),Start Time, End Time, Description and Project(Project List already created).
please advice
Either you can use existing item : Simple Ticket, Meeting or Action can fit your needs.
Or you can create your own with few coding.
thanks. please assist me how can i develop my own. i want to place under Work tree node.I think i should place a page for it and some configuration to bring it under Wor hierarchy
You'll find in the forum several posts about adding new form.
If you don't feel like doing it yourself, I propose some service about evolutions.

We use Tickets and have a ticket type called "Task" - here we have a very short workflow. If you using Simple Ticket, your template should be easy to fill.
