What is the best way in Projeqtor to track real hours against a "budget" for a project? If I have a T&M project with a budget of, say, 200 man-days, how can I track days consumed, in Projeqtor? And report to the client? I would like to be able to give an early warning if the budgeted days are going to run out before the project ends.

Apologies if this is a stupid question. I have searched through the forum, but cannot find anything relevant.

I think this can be achieved by creating a base-line of the project at the beginning, with the "budget" entered as planned activities
