Hi,
On a project in progress, I want to create a meeting to keep track of information discussed.
I allocate some people to this meeting with a 0.1 day for the work load. They are available this day
They cannot fill their timesheet with this task (the meeting line is not displayed) and Projeqtor says that this work is not planified.
What is wrong ? How can this meeting be available in the time sheet ?

The "purple" task means one of the resource cannot be planned on hte task.
You idenfy the resource with the read work displayd in assignment table.
The reason can be :
- the resource already recorded real work on the meeting date
- the resource is not on the project on the meeting date (look at start and end date of allocation to project)
- the resource is not present at all on the meeting date (look at start and end date of the resource)
