I want to modify the mask of meeting information sent by email by i don't find template.
Is it possible to customize the template.
Example:
On email on the top of the board, there is the number of the meeting (information is into the board - ID). I want to suppress the information out of the board.- Meeting # xx
We don't have participants (mandatory and facultative). I want to add them. It is better to have all information into the board

You can define you own templates in Controls & Automations / Email templates.
Then you select template to use when sending emails automatically in Controls & Automations / Mails on event or Controls & Automations / Mails on event per project.
As of today, it is not possible to select template when manually sending email from detail.

We are also working on new plugin that will allow to generate Munutes of meeting (or any export of detail) from detail of item (or from list of items) taking as source a template that is defined in one othe the following format : .html, .txt, .docx, .pptx, .xlsx, .odt, .odp, .ods
