Hi there,
Today, I made a presentation of ProjeQtOr in a Direction of my Collectivity and it was rejected under the pretext that one could not reproduce the ergonomics of MS Project:
-  to be able to modify the start and end dates directly on the planning line,
- to be able to stretch the tasks directly from the planning.
- to be able to move a task into a subtask graphically from the planning.

Is there any possibility of reproducing this behaviours ?
Obviously, they have a very basic use of the tool: only planning management...
The complaint is that changing the screen or splitting the screen into several parts is a waste of time for them.

It's not easy to get the tool adopted by businesses other than the IT department.

I look forward to hearing from you,
Best regards,
Florian

-  to be able to modify the start and end dates directly on the planning line,

It is possible for "ragular between dates" tasks

- to be able to stretch the tasks directly from the planning.

It is possible for "fix duration" tasks

- to be able to move a task into a subtask graphically from the planning.

It is possible with D&D and Indent buttons.

Maybe Projeqtor is not "as easy" as MS-Project because it is not a drawing tool.
It is a tool that builds a capacity planning.
