Hi, I need remote assistance for a platform. I was trying to fill the dedicated form but the captcha is not working. How can I proceed?

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately that contact form has a "Captcha" mandatory field which redirects to an inoperational third party webpage (leads to this page https://shop.ekerner.com/index.php/shop?error=404 ). I cannot submit my message because the captcha field is not being filled. Is there an alternative way to ask for the remote assistance?

Hi,
We had an issue with captcha on projeqtor.net website (shop site)
It is fixed now.
