I have set up a project management software for a company in shortest time. And luckily I found Projectorria little meadows that meets my needs. I rather put the management indicators of achievement of an activity and I would have ideas to add this functionality

All of this si already existing in ProjeQtOr.
Have a look to indicators for instance.
Although indicators are managed but we do not have the same concept as an indicator.
I speak achievement indicators (eg in one of our projects we are called to manage an indicator that the numbers of trained teachers that our goal is 100 and we have to enter the number reached in October 2014, October 2015, October 2016)
so here the indicator must follow a temporal distribution (per year, per semester, per month ...)
