i'm so glad of being a projeqtor's administrator
i will be greatfull to the team isf they can tell if there is a way to create a new template with colors and fonts i want

Yes, you can create your own /view/css/projeqtor.css.
Then just have to add your own selection parameter in /model/Parameter.php.
If you like you new template, you can post it here so that it is shared with the community and included in new version.
