I created a project that I use as a template. I have number of activities attached to the project and they show in "Linked elements" on the project page.
When I create a copy of the project there are no "Linked elements" on the copy and I have to manually link all activities to the it. is there an option to keep "Linked elements"?

As of V5, it is not possible to copy links when copying a project.

You don't really need to create a link from activities to a project : activities are directly linked to a project through project in the activity.
And it's very easy to list all activities of a project : just select the project on the project selector (top left field)
But you're right, it may be interesting to copy links when copying a proiet.
