Hello.
I would like to know if it exists some method to encrypt the password from access LDAP server inside the parameters.php file because it's dangerous that be there without hash being an administrator pwd.

No yet.
It is a planned evolution, but not done yet.
NB : LDAP user should not be an admin user, just a user able to request a search.
