Soon, we migrated from version 1.9 to 3.14. Great job for V3, there are plenty of interesting new activities for project management.
To reserve resources we have to implement a project to manage absences and holidays, we need to start calculating the schedule once a week in "automatic" mode.
I have wanted to know is it is possible to run a script or via a scheduled task on the calculation of the schedule on all projects? or is it necessarily must do manually?

No

Yes.
IMO, planing recalculation should always remain a manual activity. It is PL responsibility to check each time impact of new calculation.
