Hi, i'm currently having trouble,
Here is my problem :
A Pool of resources is allocated to a project A
Resources allocated to this pool of resources, cannot neither see project nor tickets of the project A
Is this normal ?

Yes.
Allocation of a pool does not give rights to resources of the pool.
You must allocate resources manually.
