but i only chose the password of phpmyadmin and then i connecte with admin admin

You are messing with password.

In $parameters.php file, you have the password to the database.
This is the password you indicated in the configuration screen.
This is also a password you can use to connect to the database with phpMyAdmin.

Now, in the Global Parameters screen, you have a parameter called "default password" in the section "user and password".
It is the password that will be set when you reinitialize the password of a user.
