Hi,
I guess your instance is hosted on a remote provider.
Some providers add some item (adds, ...) on each page.
When this come before the PDF header, the issue you mention appears.
In that case, there is no possible workaround : you need to change your provider to have PDF work.

Hi all,
possible workaround: Apply normal print function of Projector and select for printer a any kind of "PDF printer". We just using this way and it works well.
