I installed Projeqtor using Softaculous on Web Hébergement Canada which is my hosting provider since I have no knowledge. The install went well the only problem is that the Mailing parameters can't be saved. Everytime I click on the save icon on the top right and I try to send an email by clicking on send text, there's a circle that turns forever and never stops. If I change to another tab and go back to the Mailing parameters, I see that all the information I entered is gone and it only shows the information that are by default
You can see on the first image the mailing settings that keeps being shown even though I modify them and I click on the save icon.
I did a search on this forum and saw someone else having the same problem and the solution was to remove information on the parameters.php file. It didn't go into particulars so I don't really know which line to delete or modify.
On the second image, you can see the parameters.php on the web server. My question is knowking what line I should delete, Do I delete the line completely or do I change the value? Which lines should I delete? I'm not really knowledgeable in this topic so I would like to make sure I don't make any mistake.
Thank you in advance if you can guide me to the correct ways to modify the parameters.php so that the mailing settings can be saved once I modify it.
Your parameters.php file seem correct and only contains expected parameters.
Do you have any error in projeqtor log file ?

I went to the cpanel MultiPHP INI Editor and I enabled the PHP Directive allow_url_fopen but it keeps giving me this error when I check the logs.

Hi,
Your provider server does not allow to connect to a remote server.
Possibly it is due du shared server of the hosting server, that has some security restrictions.
So there is great chances that you will not be able to send emails through a remote server.
Possibly your privider will propose you a local mail hosting service that you can use.
Other solution : find another hosting service that has no such restrictions.
For information, we propose hosting service where all projeqtor features works fine 
Ok, thank you for letting me know. I will contact them to see if they can make an exception in our case otherwise I'll check for a hosting service provider that would offer no restriction and if your hosting works well, I'll contact your sales department.
