Hello,
I need a project member role to create his own activities and be able to self-assign them. How can it be achieved?

Hello
you just need to modify the rights on of the team member profile (or create a new one) put a manager role on the activities and assignments in the accesses to the data dependent on the project and you should be able to create activities and assign resources to them.
