Hello,
This is regarding the Global Parameters Section ,I am not able to find in my ProjeQtOr screen.ProjeQtor version is 9.1.2.I have two accounts with Profiles as
PMTC and Tool Manager.I checked the User manal also but didnt find any info for location.
Please also guide me for any hierarchies of privilege for accessing ProjeQtOr.

This is because your administrator did not leave the necessary rights. Ask him to set them up for your profile.
No matter the number of profiles, if none of them have access rights to this screen.
Global parameters are part of the configuration menu.
You will find, apart from its exact location in the menus, informations on the Access right.
