On ticket screen (select menu context to "All menus" if "ticket (simple)" icon is not visible)
Then enter 2349 in the quick search field for id.
You get it !

ok i was on report all tracking !!

but i will still 5.5.4 on this moment i don't like when create new user profile for select profil, you have not choice, you must know profil ID
