Hello,
We need your assistance for real work accounting as we noticed that the report for charges per ressource are only related to activities and not tickets.
we did not fouf a way for the accounting of the detailled reel work for each ressource per ticket.

There is no report dedicated to work per ticket.
There are just some reports about performance on tickets.
Note that if you need a dedidated report, we can develop it for you.
